this week

This week
I went to the finders keepers market and bought a cloud from one of my favourite designers - Paper Boat Press.
My friend threw a 40th with a  '70s theme. I wore my new brooch and had everyone call me 'cloud' for the night.
Jack and I found the remains of an amazing leaf in the yard.
I sewed a quilt featuring my new retro caravan embroidery and posted it to Daylesford.

blue

A new table runner in blue crochet (bought from Tivoli Vintage) has inspired a blue corner in my home this week.

yesterday

It was the perfect afternoon to sit on the front steps and stitch.

stitching again

A cushion made from my Gypsy Caravan print. I decide to do an envelope style opening on the back instead of the usual zipper. How easy is that??? Why have I not done that before? No more zippers on cushions for me.
And some stitching projects going on here this week in prep for the Craft Retreat.

again

It looks like the scarf sewing bug has well and truely bitten me. I also love this one that Kate created last week.

I love the chance to buy local. Students from the local TAFE held a ceramics exhibition and market today. The prints I picked up at The Finders Keepers market last month.
