sydney

For those of you who don't live in Sydney, here's a pic of the recent article from 'the (sydney) magazine. A big thanks to Stephanie Wood for asking me to be a part of this and writing such a great piece.

Tomorrow

Al and I will be at Winterland tomorrow selling our wares as well as knitting/crocheting/enjoying the music. It's a small part of the whole Winterland celebrations at Carriageworks and I must say I'm looking forward to it. So if you can, drop by and say hi to us - don't be shy we don't bite! And if you live in Sydney you might want to pick up the Sydney Morning Herald tomorrow (thurs). There just might be an article in the glossy  'The Sydney Magazine' with some familiar looking people. That's all I'm going to say.

letters

Due to an accident at basketball last monday, all sewing in my house has come to a complete halt. Luckily I had ordered some postcards and letter paper and am now busy putting them together.

For those of you that like the original way of communicating... stationery sets. Available only at the Winterland markets this weekend.

ribbon

I've died and gone to ribbon heaven. A new stockist of my designs, earthgirl fabrics, has the most gorgeous ribbons. I have been very restrained and only bought this one so far. But there's no doubt I'll be back for more!

last weekend

We shopped, skated and looked longingly at all the food at the farmer's market.

still doing crochet

I'm very glad to say that I'm still loving this project. If I lay very straight, it can now offer a bit of comfort on cold nights. But only being four squares wide, there's still a lot of squares to be added before it can go on the bed.
